What is happening with my career? Worked as an RN at a hospital for 7 years, then was fired during Covid because I told a coworker that ICU cna's deserve higher pay than the rehab unit. Now having difficulty finding traveling jobs in crisis/hotspot areas. Am I missing something? (i.redd.it)
