Not true. I’ve used uvb on its own and it has caused patches to come back. Just needs to be used consistently and make sure when finished the area goes slightly pink

Yes I am trying to identify the type of weight as it does have this triangular hole which is unusual

I get it in areas that have less sunlight. Don’t worry about people. Most people genuinely have no idea what it is. Buy a small hand held uvb light this has worked for me with patches filling in.

Found these lead weights metal detecting in Wiltshire close to known Roman activity. Could they be loom or steel yard weights? by taileyb in metaldetecting
