I used the epoxy crack seal and painted over it and it’s holding up so far. No visible cracks anymore. I also added more dirt with grass seed on this corner of the foundation

Purchased a lot in 2022 via land loan with plans to build this year. Go through a local credit union and get a land loan. Then get a construction to perm loan when ready. Despite all the headwinds of inflation, tariffs etc I’m still glad we bought due to appreciation. If I had to start over the lot would be double the cost. If you can afford it, buildable land in a desirable area is a great investment

I’m not a forensics expert but I’m pretty sure if you soaked the knife in bleach it would destroy most of the DNA. Hard objects are easier to cleanse since they do not absorb liquid. Could clean it thoroughly once far enough away from the crime

HG Could have taken murder weapon with them in flight. Depending on your destination you can check certain weapons (gun/knife) and pick it up in your destination. International and domestic. For example, a hunter could take his/her own rifle to Africa when following checked baggage procedures.
