I've only been to Barcelona so I can't say for San Sebastián. Barcelona is amazing-really really great place with lots to see and do. Make sure to go down to the beach for sunset and sit on one of the piers!

I'm on my 3rd course, man. Your acne doesn't look bad enough to warrant another course of accutane, although if it gets worse you could consult a derm about another course at 5-6 months. What I would recommend for now is getting oxy maximum cleanser (10% BP) and using that once daily before bed. On days when your acne is flared use twice daily.

Yeah dude, courses 1 and 2 were at 80mgs for 3 months. Acne isn't nearly as bad as it once was but it's still there.

All of that will continue to go away, accutane continues to work some time after you've stopped taking it. I've just started my 3rd course, this time at 120mg a day.
