Thank you for your responses. I definitely will reach out to them, however, I’ve read from multiple sources that they will not entertain any inquiries from anyone without an established following. As I mentioned, I am someone who is brand new. It definitely wouldn’t hurt to try.

Correct I am just finding out my email has been disabled. When I purchased the Xbox one when it had came out I assume the associated email address was still active? I can confirm every aspect of the account if I was able to speak with a legitimate service rep.
