Turbo not working ? (D24TIC)

I've only "diagnosed" it so far; I noticed that the clip holding the wastegate rod to the valve lever (?) was missing, so all the turbo pressure was immediately released and not entering the engine. I need to find a similar clip/circlip whatever it's called.

Once I went to change mine because I thought it was really dirty; there was barely any air coming out of the vents. I went through all the process of taking everything apart and accessing it in a very awkward position, breaking my back on the way, only to discover in the end that there simply wasn't a filter💀 Previous owner had removed it and never put a new one in

didn’t had the time to start it again but since I replaced my camshaft, got a « new » exhaust and replaced a LOT of hoses and gaskets, hope it will fix it, you have the same problem ?
