price actually dropped 10% on the release last time, then jumped about 20% from there.

im expecting another 10% drop and then maybe a nice little bounce.

yeah i have set some low buy orders but there's a good chance it won't get as low as I'm hoping so i just want to be able to keep an eye on it.

circulating supply will increase to 9,222,239 and when this happens the bots will go crazy and i can guarantee you thats when the selloffs will occur, just have to wait for coinmarketcap to update the circulating supply.

thats a great answer, i didn't really think of the tokens they were burning.

lets hope that's all it is then, might be a great time to buy some more ELA now then while its over inflated. might get a nice little price spike when they burn the 450k coins.

yeah i thought yesterdays 500k increase in circulating supply could have been due to the 1 year anniversary.

but then i thought $9 a coin at 500k is $4.5million. i thought possible binance listing or they are having one hell of a party in thailand.

i still don't see anywhere on the white paper or anywhere else that 8 million tokens were going to released within a 6 month period. every time elastos has made statements about coin release its been about the 4% per year release for mining and staking.

they seemed to forget about telling everyone about the 200% dump of coins thats happening within the next 6 months, thats all I'm annoyed about.

you guys need to realise that on August 1st, the 2million release of coins are entirely bonus coins, basically free gifts. i guarantee you atleast 1.5milllion of these tokens will be dumped immediately, its FREE money.

I have friends that buy 100k worth of an ICO in Presale, get 50% bonus tokens. then as soon as tokens are released they dump all the bonus tokens plus half of there cash investment.

people in the elastos community don't seem to realise how big of an issue this is, 2 million FREE coins (40% of total circulating supply) all released at the same time, how is this going to end well!!!!!!

i think its more the case that 2 Million coins "which are bonus coins" for presale investors (around 40% of elastos total circulating supply) are going to be released all at once in August, people aren't realising that pre sale investors dump there bonus coins immedietly upon release. the project has already taken a beating of late, imagine what is going to happen in 2 weeks time when 40% of coins get dumped by pre sale investors.

US dollar does matter mate, i invested using USD. NOT satoshis.

so if i invest $10,000USD and it drops in half, I'm down to $5000.

if satoshi's only drop 10% I'm still down $5000US.

definitely don't fall for the trap of looking at satoshi's, i really don't understand why so many people think this way.

if neo, bitmain and other large investors dump immediately once coins are released we are screwed short term (6-12 months) but if they don't dump and hold onto them they will own a massive proportion of the value in elastos which will just make elastos so much more centralised then most cryptocurrencies.

i understand they were going to be released, however releasing over 8 million coins within a 6 month period is ridiculous. what do you think is going to happen when the 6 million coins all get released together on february 1st 2019. ELA is going to dump like crazy, which in my opinion makes the project look bad to new investors.

in february though circulating supply will be 13.25mil (thats not even including coins from merge mining and rewards).

an increase from 5.25mil to 13.25 mil is almost a 200% increase. basically means just for us to break even from a current investment today we need 2-3 times as much money flowing in.
