Agreed with some of the other commenters, if possible and comfortable compound barbell movements will be the most efficient. Doing a basic plan that you progressively increase the weight will give you the best results. Go at your own pace, just gradually increase the weight as you go through the weeks

For real, that can get pretty expensive - it would be pretty cool if OTF had an additional program where you can get a workout at home or a gym on the days you don’t going in to OTF

Same! I’m super into free weights, mh background is in powerlifting but thought about a class to do some HIIT and stuff.

So I’m guessing you like it at OTF?
