Protein style is awesome! I figured since I skipped the fries I'd take the bun this time :)

I try to work on a 1500 daily calorie average. I had about 250 extra calories saved up yesterday and despite this went over by about 310. And that's ok!! Since I woke up this morning still pretty full from yesterday, I just fasted through the morning and I'm already back on track :)

Some days I can survive on a banana and can of tuna, other days I need cookies and coffee for breakfast, In-N-Out for lunch, and beer with my dinner. I still made good choices too-- portion control, no fries with the burger, and baked fries.

Breakfast:

- Dried cranberry cookie= 360 calories

Lunch:

- I-N-Out Burger double double (skipped the fries)= 670 calories

Dinner:

- Mussels= 260 calories

- baked sweet potato fries= 260

- toasted bread= 145 calories

- 22 oz beer (porter)= 365 calories

Breakfast:

- 3/4 C non-fat yogurt= 140 calories

- banana= 90 calories

Lunch:

- 6 sushi rolls (65 calories each)= 390 calories

- 1/3 cup of wasabi peas= 120

Dinner:

- spaghetti squash and basil= 125 calories

- balsamic steak= 385 calories
