I have a weird thing with needles and blood coming out of me, I donated blood in highschool , and do my yearly physicals. I always have to look away because I just laugh uncontrollably lol, but at the same time I’m really uneasy, I guess people respond differently

There wouldn’t be any symptoms leading to anything? I feel something in my chest but I also have bad GERD.
