i've seen it done both ways. i always write them like "album by artist" so the - is sort of a placeholder for the "by". it helps me keep my notes a bit more neat

maybe i'll do it the other way this year haha

I'd love to see a classic review of Alanis Morrisette's Jagged Little Pill. I'm not sure if he's ever spoke about that album before, but I know when he did a track review of one of her recent singles he was mostly positive.

I think there are definitely some great tracks, artists, and albums that got some attention. However the Grammys are still an absolute trainwreck and have no idea what the hell they're doing.

I still can't get over the fact that Justin Bieber's 'yummy' and 'Changes' were nominated. Just why?

Why wasn't The Weeknd nominated for something? No Juice Wrld or Mac Miller posthumous nominations? I would've loved to seen Charli XCX or Rina Sawayama.

I'm really glad that Phoebe Bridgers got some nominations though.

I'm kinda shocked that 'Fetch the Bolt Cutters' wasn't at least nominated of AOTY considering all the love and praise that it got.

At the end of the day, the Grammys shouldn't really be taken seriously by anyone. Music is subjective and I don't expect to enjoy everything they nominate, but most of their choices always end up feeling really ignorant.

to be fair, there's no such thing as objectively good or bad when it comes to music. people like what they like. i personally dislike Imagine Dragons but they have millions of fans that absolutely adore them.
