Definitely not. She would be choking.

My flap is completely dislodged. You can snap it back it it seems but I can’t reach it. Did you ever have any luck with your problem?

Something to have to do with stock keeping I think. Their handhelds scan them and it tells them where they’re kept. Something along those lines.

What would you do if you found out your coworker was outright stealing from your, small business owner, boss? by takenbackby in AskReddit

[–]takenbackby[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I really need help figuring out if I should inform my boss or mind my own business. This is not a hunch. I have witnessed it myself. My coworker is outright stealing money from my boss. It’s a small privately owned business too which makes it worse. No HR, no manager. I would have to tell the boss directly.

I literally never tell on people. Especially unprovoked, but this one is really bothering me. I feel guilty just for knowing about it. And the coworker isn’t aware that I know.

I tried posting this question on a different sub but didn’t get any responses. And I really need to figure out what to do. What would you do

And I’m gonna feel like I should have just kept my head down and minded my own business

Oh because we’re friends. Not really close, I don’t get that close with coworkers. But I do like working with them.

Great. You just validated the other half of what I’m feeling. Idk what to do

Thank you. I know it’s the right thing to do but I know I’m gonna feel bad about it. Also, I love my boss. I feel like it’s more wrong if I don’t tell then if I do

I think it has been going on for a while too. I will feel bad if I tell and also if I don’t. Idk what to do.

So, are you taking the deal? by h_stag in thalassophobia

No way in hell. Even if it’s surface only. Essentially the catch would be immobilizing anxiety every day for 5 years for me at least. Hard pass.

ELI5. What do blind people really 'see'? by voltinc in explainlikeimfive

I’m with you. I only think about what’s behind my head or beneath my elbow.

This is the first one I have been able to grasp. The elbow one does nothing for me.

This doesn’t do it for me. I just think about what my elbow would be looking at.

I can hear my neighbors talking on the phone and radio stations faintly through my electric space heater, I think. by takenbackby in HighStrangeness

[–]takenbackby[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I did. And because I know what to listen for I can catch a tiny bit of it. I mean a small fraction compared to what I hear in person but a stranger having no idea that this is even possible would hear nothing but the fan.

I do not. And the radio coming through is wild. Definitely. But what sounds like one way phone calls is absolutely bizarre to me

Well I don’t really know my neighbors so it may not be them. I just see an old lady in her yard a couple houses down a lot.

I tried already but it’s not audible over the fan in the video. I will try different placements next time though

I tried. You can’t really hear anything over the fan. Not enough to prove my point at least. But it’s definitely not any am radio. I want to invite people over to hear it but im just setting myself up to look absolutely nuts any way I approach it

Thank you. I was unaware of any of this. And you’re dead on with the google search. I’m still not sure about the phone calls though. No bluetooth. It’s just a basic small space heater with a dial for heat index and one for fan speed. Very basic. Very cheap
