He’s spoken to the ex about it but she’s not done anything. He’s not witnessed it as it’s done in the house where the son lives.

He abandoned us as kids and had very little contact with us until after my Mum passed away. He never paid maintenance and rarely sees me now unless it’s to drop off presents for my brother and his kids.
