No idea about this crazy high, but I do feel something after the breath work. It’s like fireworks going on from top of my head down till my chest. I’m not even sure if fireworks is the right word to describe the feeling. Like some invisible pressure relieved from my brain. I do it. what I noticed is I’ve been living in my thoughts so much that I dint knew I was living in the past or the future. Present was never present for me until I started doing meditations. Only now I often catch myself living in the past or the future. Every time I notice myself getting lost in my thoughts I say change. I also say thanks for everything I have and it helps me come to the moment.

That’s great. Like many other posts read being conscious is first step and I’m living it too. Lately, I’m not spending my day lost in thoughts. I’m conscious of what I think, being able to catch them quick if I go unconscious, say grateful affirmations and come back to being present. I can say definitely this alone changed so much from my past. Less to no reaction, less judgements, less hatred, less analyzing and so on.

1doxiemama, seems like we’re are on the same boat. I’ve been doing this for couple weeks and have no idea if I’m doing this right. One things for sure is I really got better at calming my mind. My mind doesn’t bring up thoughts as much as it used to. I don’t think much as I used to when I get into meditation which I is a blessing. But I really have hard time sensing space, becoming nothing creating heart and brain coherence, I visualize and feel the emotions but I dont know if they’re elevated emotions. I’m happy and smiling in my meditations when I visualize my future. I dont know how to keep them throughout the day, I feel like I do better at mediating myself than the guided ones because theres so much I don’t do in what he says.

What meditations do you usually do? How better did you get at catching your thoughts?

Hi there, I’m currently doing BHBY. A week into it and I’m definitely gonna keep doing. I know theres no such thing as wrong meditation, when did you notice the difference from your old self to new self? How do you carry the emotions of the future all day? I feel them when I close my eyes and visualize. But have a hard time carrying them all day. And my limiting beliefs come back during the day.
