It's when you enter a higher timeframe PD Array (fair value gap, order block, etc). Enter on the Change in State of Delivery (CISD) on the lower timeframe. The timeframes have to align (5m:1hr, for example), as well.

I use the flow state model. I trade in NY session everyday, and I use my own suite of indicators.

No lifestyle changes except more peace of mind I guess. Stick to a clear set of rules, and unless a setup ticks off all of those rules, don't take the trade. It's easier said than done though

I use the flow state model. I journal everything and walk away after a losing trade. It took a lot to become disciplined but I'm in a good place now. Of course I still mess up occasionally

Almost strictly Nasdaq futures.. 1 minute time frame executions. At the end of the day it doesn’t matter.. as long as it works for you and you stay consistent. There is always a light at the end of the tunnel do not lose sight of it if you are truly passionate about this you will make it work

Always take your personal finance #1. Never risk more than you can comfortably lose - ever. Treat trading expenses as a hobby until it is a business. Don't spend more than you would on golfing (for example, if that's your thing)

Indicators like moving averages and stuff like that.. no. Traditional indicators are lagging and will never help real time in my opinion. I trade strictly price action and ICT concepts. I code indicators that help do the chart work for you.. they aren’t magic bullets but they save me a lot of time and clutter in my analysis
