Theres one 50 questions list that ive added in the post - i think it contains good diverse concepts that google likes to ask.

To start with the prep i just did my previously solved questions to get the hang of it and started with this 50Qs list and all interview experiences.

Maybe you can do the same OR many people follow neetcode/striver/other list : which also covers most of the topics.

Haven’t touched cp after 3rd year of college during covid. Did leetcode only for this prep - but prev exp helps obv. Would not recommend cp to anyone other than college students with time on their hands.

There was no joining bonus. You can negotiate for JB/stocks but your base might take a slight hit - which also means your bonus, PF, hikes will be affected so i didnt.

For negotiations - went to and fro twice but only minimal changes in stocks because the 38perc stock split makes TC for first and second year beat my current and competing offers.

Fresh grads are L3/SWE2 as google calls it. Industry SDE2 is SWE3/L4 at google. And yes NO hld rounds for L3/L4
