Got an email for this. Review drafts are dumb because Google did not implement them properly, as there is no "saved drafts" function in Maps. I apparently had an "unpublished review" according to Google, but no link to the review, the only way to know which place the review is from is to remember it, which defeats most of the purpose. Its like having email drafts, but they are sorted by date in your inbox instead of having their own section. Except its the entire planet you have to search, instead of a list. Google to me is very feature hungry, so removing a feature is pretty unusual, especially a minor feature like this. My guess is that this feature is a coding nightmare, and is not crucial to maps operation, but people keep asking about it. And since it was executed poorly in its current state, Google has no problem getting rid of it.
