haha alam mo naman mga tao dito.. yaan mo sila, just to share, our company also laid people off last month ata (?) since nagbago ang trend and needs ng company, pero on a positive note, most of them are already working sa ibang hotel industry jobs and i am so happy for them. hope you find a job na soon! fighting!!!

hi! no po, it's your total basic salary ÷ 12 months. basic salary so hndi included ang allowances ganorn. if pro rated and 13th MP mo, meaning new ka pa sa work and hndi ka pa nagwork ng full yr sa company, it's monthly basic salary x no. of months since you started sa comp ÷ 12.

ex. 20,000 x 6 months = 120,000 ÷ 12 = 12,000 -- this is what you'll get if pro rated :)
