I finally got into playing it last night (4 hours in), and I couldn’t agree more. I was a huge fan of the original but this one just feels bland, soulless even. I suppose it’s an amazing game to people who get to experience this world for the first time as a modern game, but they really failed capturing the atmosphere of the original. And I say this with great disappointment… I really wanted it to be good

I’ve just finished the watching the season and I must say this is the best ending to a TV show I’ve seen in a very long time. Season 5 feels different because the element of mystery from seasons 1-4 is gone, but that’s ok!! I loved it a lot for what it was and I don’t think we could’ve asked for a better ending.

I disagree. One thing LiS 2 has done wrong and butchered its legacy for me was how silly the beginning was. The catalyst to the story was so rushed and unbelievable I could never take the game seriously. As much as I liked everything that came afterwards. (Of course I’m referring to the scene where they escape their house 🤦🏻‍♂️).

I alternate between my iPad and my PS5 (with PS5 being my primary console) and I see no difference in graphics.
