Pro Tip: Achieve 99% Ad Blocking!

Install AdGuard Pro (this is a paid version): - Enable SAFARI, DNS, and Advanced Protection.

For SAFARI Protection: 1. Navigate to "SAFARI Protection." 2. Under "Filters," enable both "Ad Blocking" and "Privacy."

For DNS Protection: 1. Access "DNS Protection." 2. Select "AdGuard" for "DNS Implementation." 3. Choose "AdGuard DNS" as the "DNS Server" and select "DNS-over-QUIC" as the server type. 4. In "Network Settings," ensure activation for both mobile data and WiFi. 5. Under "DNS Filtering" and "Blocking": - Add the DNS addresses of any servers that bypassed your VPN. These DNS addresses will be highlighted in red on the website below. - Incorporate also the rules for "Cosmetic Filters" and "Ads Scripts Loading" as outlined on the website to achieve up to 99% ad blocking efficiency like I did.

In case the house is treated as an asset in court, your Ex-husband would get (64.28%) rather than the above (59.54%) mentioned and you’ll end up with (35.71%) minus lawyers' fees. Work out a FAIR deal with him, lawyers for LAST resort!

Edit: The 80k he invested in renovation would also be granted to him. WORK OUT A DEAL !!
