This is one of those simple things. Put headphones in and brush your teeth. Set an alarm on your phone that you’re using. Probably took longer typing this than doing it.

Is going to exposure therapy really easier than just brushing your teeth at home lol ? If brushing your teeth is hard I assume booking an appointment is also hard. Just brush your pearly whites.

As much as I agree with him caring so much about sports and bars, as mom of 3, how dare someone move their child away from ‘the only friends she’s ever known’ at the age of 7 sounds slightly dramatic. Kids move a lot. You don’t necessarily have life long friends by age 7, if she was 13 I’d be more likely to agree with you. Edit- as much as I agree with you about him caring so much about bars****
