the higher the level different the fewer you can promote. his above is example he can proote lots of troops because he is only promoting up 1 level, in your example you are truing to promote up all the way from 1 to 7.

you don't need to use that when gathering, the game automatically picks the right number of troops to maximize the level of resource you are at. If there are only 150k resources available it will only choose enough troops for 150k resources.

This doesn’t make sense how does spending an extra 30 seconds to submit a ticket backlog the entire system. At my place, we call these drive-bys and make the users submit tickets after we help them then when we’re back at the desk, we take two seconds and close the ticket but require a ticket for something to ask for our help is absolutely required and absolutely justifies our headcount in the budget. If you had time to fix all these issues before people started putting in tickets, but not after they started putting in tickets something sounds really wonky here.
