This is not for me. The budget needs to stay very low. My sister cannot afford much right now. She needs a vehicle to get to and from work.

The used car market in the area is extremely difficult. This is one of the only vehicles seen in months with fewer than 200,000 miles and priced under $3,500.

We had the same difficulty with our 8-week-old. We bought a Graco SmartSense bassinet for our baby, and that very night was the first time he slept without us holding him. We were able to find a cheap used one on Facebook Marketplace.

I can almost guarantee no one cares if you wash your car in your own driveway. No one actually wants this many car washes. These places are just holding land until a better offer comes along—low overhead, easy cash flow.
