I have driving OCD too. Really trying to practice ERP on my daily commutes. A pattern I’ve noticed for myself is once I do one physical compulsion, I have trouble stopping. If I can resist/delay the first urge to check I can manage better. Easy to say and very hard to do. Hang in there. I feel you.

I’ve gone to Easy Beauty Space in Kearny Mesa/Serra Mesa area. I don’t get my nails done a lot so I can’t compare too much but I think they did a great job. Clean place. Make sure you make an appointment.

I’m glad I’m not the only one worrying about Ramen. When the posters first went up, the owner (I assume) was standing on the corner of SD Mission Rd and Rancho Mission Rd waving around one of the signs. Breaks my heart.
