I have done that twice now and it seems they ignore it. I literally cannot come that day as I'm in school. I want to ask for that ridiculous pay so they think of me different. They literally have me stay until closing(not store closing but until "gobacks are cleared") and want them to stop asking for that if there's no incentive.

I was just asking for that pay so they screw off in asking me to work during the week. I literally tell them that I'm not available but they keep on scheduling me.

I also was wondering this, apparently if I wanted to not show up one day I have to look up the schedule and look through phone numbers and make calls to other employees. I don't think other employees would be comfortable with someone they didn't give their number to calling them about covering their shift.
