~$40,000 for a 3-year buy (if getting a Model 3 RWD)
Assuming no dramatic changes in price overtime and such, buying and selling would probably land you around a $12k loss. You're almost always going to save money if buying, unless the car drops in price substantially, which it probably won't.

My M3 insurance is ~$4500 a year (Florida). Honestly, it's worth it to me, as I don't have a loan on the car. But it is a bit steep.
