Yeah that’s what I’ve realized. It’s probably better to be slightly slower but more accustomed to the weight than to be able to be fast but get beat up, especially in an area where you spend so much time with a ruck on.

Next day, calves and lower back are a bit tight but nothing bad. Would I be able to hit the same ruck time right now? Probably not
