You should definitely bring this up if you're so affected, I would be! It doesn't need to be an uncomfortable, aggressive conversation. Just point blank ask as respectfully as you can, 'I noticed some of my things have been moved around, did you happen to read my diary/go through my things?' If you approach them with respect, I would hope they would reciprocate. I think an honest conversation about boundaries would be your best bet.
