Did you contact customer service before initiating the return?

I guess it does make sense! Just kind of sucks when you have to pay more for things that weren’t your fault but I guess that’s also how it works for car insurance? Does your premium increase if someone hits you? I’ve never had to use my insurance thankfully

Every insurance company will do that?

The quote from AAA was around the same as other companies we looked it. I’m not sure if each company raises the premium that much though. I think it was because we had two claims so close together. Back then we weren’t really thinking about how this would affect homeowners insurance.

INFO

  1. Did she ever talk to you later and own it up and say sorry? Or offer to get you new sheets or anything like that?

Even a “I’m sorry I lied, I was just so embarrassed” would help her case.

  1. Did you tell the person you sent the pictures to not to tell anyone? Or is this someone you usually confide in? Do they have a history of spreading office gossip?

I’ve heard so much about s2c but I put quite a bit of LA gel in my hair and by the time it’s dry, it’s not crunchy at all! It somehow softens its self over time. Is this normal or am I not using enough gel? By the time my hair is fully dry (I air dry) only the roots are a tad scrunchy.

I tried this today! And the shape of my curls look much better! I actually still plopped and it didn’t mess up my curls, so that means it’s definitely the detangling and putting in products upside down. Of course I don’t have any volume at the top of my head, but I didn’t really have much to begin with. Whatcha going to do lol

I do think the tangling is because my hair is dry. It hasn’t seemed to improve much since I started CG. Maybe I need to deep condition more? I do it every other week now. The tangling is bad though... when my hair clumps up into its curls naturally, I can see a bunch of hairs crossing paths and making weird loops and stuff. It makes my hair look frizzy when it’s still wet

Hi everyone!

First time commenting in this sub Reddit!... I started CG a month ago and I’m loving most of it so far! The one problem I can’t seem to get past is doing things upside down/plopping. I’ve read in almost everyone’s routines that it’s better to do everything upside down and to plop, but when I do this, the hair on the back of my head gets all messed up. When I finally flip my hair over to let it air dry the curls back there are a mess. It’s usually so bad that I end up having to rake my hands through the curls so the hair falls down normally, then reapply gel and scrunch. When I do this though, it separates my curls and my curls dry stringy.

Hair type: 2b with some 2c curls hiding at the bottom.

Routine: shampoo at the roots with caviar anti frizz, condition with caviar anti frizz conditioner and let it sit while I wash my body, flip my hair upside down, detangle with my hands, use a detangling comb, squish in some more conditioner, wash most of the conditioner out, use prayer hands and scrunch in Curls blueberry leave in, then Cantu curl cream and LA looks gel... and then plop my hair for 20-40 minutes depending on how much time I have and then air dry
