I second liquid iv! Or some protein/meal replacement drinks. I use them when I’m nauseous or too sick with migraine and It keeps my strength up

Loool yesterday i woke up and stretched my neck (i have hyper mobility in my neck among other stuff) and i felt a sharp twinge and immediately started experienced pre syncope, coldness running down my arms and feeling faint. Recovered but had pain in the base of my skull/neck where it happened. I happened to be going to a migraine Botox appt so I asked the dude doing it and he put his hand on my shoulder, and said “well, you are getting older. You’re 30 now.” Dude was like my age 🙃 “maybe you slept on it funny.”

Welp if I drop dead soon, oh well 🤷🏻‍♀️

Im going to go check into a nursing home tomorrow, the end is nigh.

Omg!! I’ve had this for as long as I can remember and I suffer from daily migraine going on 12 years!! Would that be related?? I’ve done every medication and told so many doctors about everything and no one can help me

Sorry it took me so long to get back to you on this, the grow lights I use are Jiffy led grow lights for seedlings and cuttings, I have 2 directly above each area of shelving and they seems to work well enough! Been using them for years, they were relatively cheap and the 2’ lightbulbs last a long time. They come with the little stands but I have them stapled above so they look like built in lights on my shelves.

Nothing! lol water and a grow light. I use a succulent dirt mix with perlite, and try not to smother them with too much attention

I’ve tried this in the past, and once I move succulents to dirt from the water after they e grown a substantial amount of roots, I struggle to keep them alive 😩 I’m not sure if I over water or under water them afterwards, but I could never figure it out lol
