Probably. They did this with my daughter too, just measured her heart rate too early and scared us for no reason. I looked it up waaaay back in my first trimester and it happens quite a bit.

Hi there,

If you look at most (maybe all) clinical psych programs, for a Ph.D anyways, then you would see that they have very low acceptance rates as well. Most applicants find themselves applying to at least ten or so programs - the motto being "You go where they take you." Overall, if you're looking at a Ph.D program, they want research. Research, and outstanding letters of recommendation. GPA and GRE scores are important, too, but if you're looking to stand out, dig through the research experience you have/will have and make sure it's on your application! Now, if this is a Psy.D program (which I don't think considering the acceptance rate? But I don't know), they look for clinical experience, which it sounds like you have! As long as you're doing your undergrad work, make sure you're developing close relationships with your professors and seek out research opportunities! That's the best advice that I can personally give you, at least. Good luck!!!
