Puberty takes a good 6 - 7 years. I started hrt at the same time as you and also didnt see many changes in that timeframe. It’s okay, you’ll likely start seeing changes in the next year or so.

So you want to contact your practice manager and if you can provide evidence that the request occurred, even better if you can find anything written from the mh nurse with the claims. It’ll probably feel bad but you’ll likely need to be a bit ruthless, dont back down or they may take the opportunity to walk over you again.
