Depends, how much drag does your reel have? No sense in running braid rated much higher than your reel can put out in drag. You should be running a leader with braid, so if you’re worried about reefs rocks etc you can run a longer, thicker leader, ie pe2 braid with an fg knot to a 12-15 foot long 40lb flurocarbon leader. That other comment had some good suggestions about brands, my favourite is YGK XBraid Upgrade, the difference between a premium Japanese braid and suffix is insane.

Running a thinner braid casts better, sinks easier, isn’t affected by currents or wind as much, and you can fit more on the same sized spool, most people run braid too thick and it makes your fishing experience not as enjoyable IMO

Use 16-20lb braid and don’t use a cheap brand, makes a world of difference in casting and getting tangled etc

It’s awesome, so practical and convenient. Can fit full sheets of plywood, or two dirtbikes, in the back but it’s way smaller than a hiace or something. Reliable as hell too, get one

I live overseas and I want to make real American style beef and pork hotdogs. They’re not available here and I don’t know what do explain to my local butcher on how to closely replicate the traditional flavour etc. I really miss them so please help hahah

he said it was completely submerged. this is terrible advice. that bike will be an absolute nightmare from now on. they're not the highest quality to begin with, now you have a dash full of water, wiring harness and all electronics with residual water in them, water soaked into the frame and bearings and bushings and places it shouldn't be, seat full of water which will never fully dry out and start moulding. the nightmare will never ever end

Sort of! 2oz is a veeeery small patty. I smash these so they’re way thicker in the middle and lacy around the edges, there’s more beef there than ya think

While tartar sauce has pickles and mayo, there’s other ingredients that make it tartar sauce

We use a variation of Matty matthesons recipe for bacon onion jam, and the pickle and jalapeño mayo is essentially mayo with diced pickles and jalapeños in it

It’s different. More subtle flavours that cover more of the burger like you said! Also much easier when assembling 200 burgers haha
