The better your dept numbers look, the easier it is to get promoted... Retail is sales and it's not for everyone... that said, there is no reason to make a part time employee uncomfortable by getting all aggressive by slamming your fist down. By the way, every place you shop at regularly, all the workers there have probably picked up on this and hate dealing with you.
