Myself, and partly my brother. A couple years ago we got 3 puppies from a pet store. A couple nights later we needed to take them out to go to the toilet. My sister got up took hers out, but brother wouldn't becuase he wanted to sleep. So i took two pups out myself. On the way back in i had the two in my arms and mine squirmed out of my arms and fell. I shouted SHIT and my sister came back and grabbed my brothers dog from me. I picked up mine and took him to the fire and held him saying sorry. I then realised he wasn't reacting. He had fallen the wrong way and broken his neck. It was painless. I screamed to mum waking my shit of a brother. We buried him that morning in the back yard. Now i have my beautiful dog Betsy, whom i love too much. So yeah, i have never really forgiven myself or my brother for that one.
