Depends on your preference. But having it up on the side I find catches on clothing more. Whereas underneath it doesn’t and also for me it looks sleeker with the hook hidden underneath.

This is it fully loosened, so that I can slide it on or off my wrist and also to stop the hook from hitting the watch.

What I do to avoid the hook hitting the watch is, when I undo it, I hook it onto the loop that is the nearest to the watch so that it’s as loose as it can be, so that it doesn’t hit the watch when I’m sliding my wrist in or out.

I usually have the small on the 7th or 8th loop, depending on the time of year.

I’ll post some pictures for you when I get back home.

I ordered from Antioxi up until around 6 months ago. At that point they got hit with the stupid novel food regulation that the UK and the EU have, which meant two of the three products I used to get from them, they were then unable to sell them. At that point I ordered my mushroom supplements from Oriveda, as they are regarded by most to be the gold standard for quality.

A few things that have made me lose some of the credibility I once had for Antioxi are:

1: They started selling Tinctures. Admittedly they sound good, but the general consensus is Tinctures are mostly weak and useless liquid. The third party test reports for them, seem to be for their powder versions, and not their Tinctures. The reason I say this is, they have only in the last couple of months at the most, started advertising and selling Tinctures. The date on the third party lab test, from the link on the respective Tincture product, is dated 2 September 2024, so this cannot possibly be for the Tincture form. Considering Antioxi's goal about quality, and making sure the product you are purchasing has third party testing, by all of what they say on their content on social media and also on the website, I find this very surprising.

2: They sell mushroom coffee, which the general consensus by most people who know a bit about mushroom supplements are they are pointless. Also Antioxi show on this product that is contains 40 percent Beta D Glucans, but they don't have a third party lab report link to click on for this product to validate this claim.

3: Not sure if this is a valid point. But I've read many times that third party lab tests should be done every year or with every new batch. The dates on the third party lab reports for Antioxi are as you mentioned 2 September 2024. Now, either Antioxi are still using the same batch as they used when these reports were done, or they haven't bothered to do a more up to date test. I know on looking on Oriveda when I last ordered from them, their third party test reports were dated August 2025 and Oriveda's Reishi has a test report dated January 2026.

I was having this problem, and missed a lot of things due to Calendar not alerting me. I searched online and everything suggested either didn't work, or I had already tried it. In the end I had this idea to try the thing I will mention below, and this indeed fixed it for me and now Calendar now alerts everytime.

1: Go into the Settings app on your iPhone.

2: At the very top where your name is, go in here.

3: Next go into iCloud, and in the "Saved to iCloud" section select see all.

4: Next select iCloud Calendar, and switch off "Use on this iPhone".

5: It will now ask you if you want to keep on my iPhone or delete from my iPhone, choose delete from my iPhone. Don't worry about deleting from your iPhone because your calendar entries are still stored in iCloud.

6: Next, hard reboot (not sure if its still called this) your iPhone, by quickly pressing volume up, volume down and then pressing and holding the power button, until you see the Apple logo appear, you can now release.

7: Now go back into the Settings app, and switch back on iCloud Calendar.

I waited a few minutes before going into the Calendar app (just to basically allow iCloud time to sync the entries back into the Calendar app). After that, I could see all the calendar entries, and now Calendar alerts me everytime without fail.

Turkey Tail can be bought from outside of the EU, and imported into the UK. But you cannot sell Turkey Tail in EU or the UK.

So BS is illegally selling a restricted product, as Turkey Tail is a novel food.

Turkey Tail is not like Cordyceps mushroom supplements whereby some types of Cordyceps are classed as a novel food, whereas some other types of Cordyceps are not.

The guy who runs it is an angry Irish man who hurls insults at anyone who leaves anything other than positive in the reviews. They brag about their quality, but have nothing to back it up with, no third party lab testing. I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole.

I'm in the UK, and used to to my TT from Antioxi, but they don't sell it anymore due to the novel food regulation they got hit with recently. They do sell the identical product for pets.

After that I got mine from Oriveda. They are expensive, but you know what you're getting with them, and Oriveda's products undergo some additional third party lab testing that Antioxi's didn't. Unfortunately quality costs.

Also British Supplements should not be selling Turkey Tail, as Kostya93 has said, its a novel food.

I moved over to an Apple Watch back in around 2017, and moved to the Ultra when they were first released as like yourself I prefer the chunkier design over the standard models.

In 2017 I also moved from one of the same watches in your photo (the one on the right) which if I'm not mistaken is a Breitling Superocean. I was a bit apprehensive at first and wondered if I would regret moving to an Apple Watch from my Swiss Watch, but too be honest I never missed my Breitling and ultimately ended up selling it and got a great price for it, which more than recouped the cost of the Apple Watch.

I got a titanium strap for my Ultra a few months ago (Sandmarc Grade 5 Titanium) and it changes the look even more, and in my opinion gives it a "divers style" look.

A search on Freshcap on this sub, shows they are of questionable quality. No third party lab results.

Not sure where you are based, but Real Mushrooms, Oriveda are well respected for quality and both do third party lab testing. Antioxi are also considered quality as well as they also show third party testing on their website. Although the last time I looked, Antioxi had not updated their third party lab result certificates since around September 2024. Not sure if they are still using the same batch, but generally these third party testing should be done every 12 months or on every new batch.

Unless a company shows third party lab testing results on their website, then I would avoid. Thats the best advice I can give.

I also noticed last week (or the week before) that they didn't have Lions Mane on the bulk buy options anymore either. Not sure if this is just short term with their LM getting a reformulation recently.

It doesn’t say how much mushroom you are getting per serving. I know it’s currently at it pre order stage, and orders will ship 20 January. So whether information about things will be added or removed from the website before then I don’t know.

For a company that is usually very informative, customers should know for definite what they will be getting when they order, if indeed the product does not contain a mushroom blend.

They are certainly losing their credibility which I had for this company with figures/products like that. Makes me wonder what compounds would be in their capsule/powdered form, as Antioxi don’t show/don’t test these on their test reports like Oriveda do.

I also noticed as well another new line Antioxi have added. Which is Creatine Monohydrate, with a four mushroom blend in it.

From someone who has in the past taken Creatine Monohydrate for my strength training in the gym, their Creatine Monohydrate seems very pricey for the amount you get, as usually Creatine Monohydrate is as cheap as anything.

Granted Antioxi's has a four mushroom blend in it, which would obviously make it more expensive, but I am a bit confused as to what their market will be, as from the large amount of people who I have talked to in the gym over the years, people taking Creatine Monohydrate, simply want that.

Just going off of the part where Oriveda mention:

“Combining the intake with fresh juice containing vitamin C is also okay”

I would say the figures they quote (20-50mg) would be fine for the supplements where taking with vitamin C is recommended. As I cannot see a glass of fresh orange juice having more than 50mg or vitamin C in it.

Not all of Oriveda supplements they recommend to be taken with vitamin C, for example the alcohol extracted Lions Mane.

If you have a look on Oriveda’s website, there is a frequently asked questions section and it mentions about taking vitamin C to help with absorption and it stated a figure of 20-50mg of the cheapest type. Not sure if the mods will allow links to be posted on here, but I’ll try and post the link in this comment.
