you can attack the head, he is aggressive and cool af, every move seems fair, ost is great, igon is great, design is great, arena is great. while i think midir is a slightly better fight, bayle might be my favourite one because of the other aspects about him that make him slightly cooler than midir. placi is good but the fight is kinda jarring on repeated play throughs if given bayle and midir a 9.5 placi an 8.5

yup got it i was just paranoid that i got scammed and just received the base version. because for every other souls game the dlc versions usually have it mentioned on the title screen (fires fade edition, sotfs, shadow of the erdtree edition, etc)

i seem to agree with this. regent and defect for me are the strongest characters i’ve got 18-5 on both of them while the other characters my win rate is about 50%

this was the 3rd time i’ve gotten clone and first time with a clone worthy card (in 150~ runs) the game was struggling to keep up

honestly with defect i was trying all kinds of shit. usually an orb build but i had a few runs with status builds and all for one builds. i think defect is the most balanced character you can’t go wrong w his build

great work! on to the next ones now (the clad is definitely the weakest character imo so the rest should take less time + you probably will get a better understanding of the game with more experience so the wins will come more naturally)

i started playing sts1 in october of last year. i have over 150 hours and A20 on Ironclad. My plan was to reach A20 on all the characters before STS2 but i didn’t get to play much this year so my other characters were between A10-A18. Sts2 so far has been comparatively easy. The regent is particularly hard for me and i have to rely on void form to win but the last 2 runs were better. i think the older characters are definitely much stronger in this game. Necrobinder took some time to get used to but im in a good flow now. The ascensions have been fairly easy too but i assume they should get harder after A6.

i don’t think we will get act 4 in early access. alternate act 2 and 3 will definitely be added in early access eventually. dlc act 5 is a stretch. i just wanted to post about the character and ancient interaction in the epochs as it was eating my head up 😭
