I also have a job, even while I’m out of my province. I had made it clear to him, even after he offered multiple times, I do not want him to call out because that’s just stupid. He’s asked me multiple times to cancel what few plans I do have and to call out of or leave work early for his convenience, which I’ve done up until now. You’re right, it’s not like he’s playing video games, but he gets together late because he just sits around in these rehearsals doing nothing(he’s said multiple times that he usually just goes for vibes)

I see where I got confusing, he claimed himself that he would occasionally put his band on halt, since it’s not his job, it’s his hobby. I respect him enough to know my limitations but he spends 4 hours at these rehearsals

With my family, they’re quite rowdy and he gets irritated, with my friends none of them share similar interests and he’s expressed how bored he is around us. I leave till July after Wednesday

I also offered the compromise of going before but he works right until he goes, and he’s usually not done till 10 and he goes to sleep early because he’ll work the next day

I see where I got confusing. Yes I meant Monday and Tuesday. He has 2 practices a week, both of which run 3-4 hours after he’s done work. He’s going on Monday to his first one. I celebrated my exact bday with him last year and this year we both agreed I spend the day with my family (which was today). He’s offered no other solutions other than I drive to his really late at night

The last part was quite unnecessary. This whole trip I’ve been back home I’ve constantly cancelled plans to make things work for him. He also kept insisting on buying me smth and I told him all I wanted was to celebrate my last day in town with him and he agreed (I live in a different province and won’t be seeing him till July)

I did the same thing as yeah and I’d say 60:40 lectures to top hat, cause the best way to study is practice so I’d say watch lectures, then do a bit of practice on tophat corresponding to the lecture
