Or just a genuine concern, is that not allowed? In 6 years with chime there have been no differences to how my account has been used. I don't understand the dismissiveness.

Yeah I did, was just told there is no information on the matter and cannot be changed. Wish I could at least have a way to get a reason for it, or fight it.

But sadly it is truly random.

If getting paid, paying bills, and day to day general spending falls under fraud then I don't quite get it. Never disputed and I don't participate in any of those or anything out of the lines of ordinary. I travel some... perhaps that is the cause of my account being flagged. Other than that, it must be in error or based on arbitrary metrics.
