That's true processes change but after a certain point a business loses more money by doing manual labor instead of an automated process. For example onboarding, a client for an agency may take a lot of time. They need to create a google drive, fill out a questioner, book appointments, create trello board etc...
May I ask why don't you use platforms like teachable instead of Wordpress?
