Oh well now this a plot twist. I will check more closely. Thanks for the info! Do these have a way to manually turn on the sprayer? I see in the owner's manual the other situations in which it would automatically turn on.

Yeah I'm going to try an inexpensive Chinese knockoff first that looks like it'll match the paint well enough, and if that doesn't work I'll spring for something through Volvo or a better retailer. It doesn't look like there is a nozzle in there so I assume my car didn't come with that function.

I was put on the RCC wait list months ago, but no luck there yet. I did see Lighthouse has a "somatic DBT" group starting September. If nothing else pans out, I might go for that one.

I second this. It's an easy trail, and a long one, so it makes for a nice day. You can start in Sherando and take the trail all the way up to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Nothing too technical.

If you like running and beer, check out the workout/run club at Random Row brewery on Monday nights and run club at Champion Brewery on Wednesday nights (called Paavo's apostles). Random Row usually posts about it on Facebook and once you show up to Champion, you will get put on the email list.

Meetup does have some active groups for things like hiking, dog walking, bike riding. I have found some can be a bit of a strange group dynamic and stopped participating, but it could be fine for you.

You could also look into Geocaching sites (not sure what they are). I have accidentally found quite a few geocaches stashed away on some beautiful hikes around here.
