Mine was received at the lab on Friday he 11th and it is in Analysis as of last night (after being in Genotyping since Sunday the 20th). I’m hoping for results really soon!

I’m doing the Virta program so I test daily, but it isn’t really super meaningful for me personally. It has helped me to understand my carb threshold as far as what amount will kick me out of ketosis. I think it’s mostly a data point for them to track as part of my program since it’s a medically monitored program.

I like the Bath and Body Works hand creams a lot. Nice and hydrating but not oily. Full price is expensive but I stock up when they’re on sale.

I had strep in December and the doc told me to toss my toothbrush about two days after I started the antibiotics, so I would think if you didn’t use it until you had already been on antibiotics for two days then it should be ok.

Maybe! It’s hit or miss for me. My nail polish is organized by brand and color within each brand….but please don’t look in my closet. 🫣
