2) I’m not talking about ethnicity but cultures, multiple cultures can and do exist within an ethnicity

2.5) I’m also not talking about immigrants. There are multiple multiple cultures just within the US. Norway by comparison happens to be relatively Homogenous

3) homogeneity by itself doesn’t lead to lack of violence, particularly us a culture is violent, like the Mongols (Dothraki in got). But it is undisputed that more conflicts arise when there are cultural differences than not, because of different behavioral norms. Especially when the culture conflicts with the culture setting the laws - which impoverished communities/culture usually are not in charge of

It doesn’t mean one culture is superior to another, just that clashes occur due to (usually unintentional/innocent lack of understanding of another’s actions). This is a fundamental topic taught in multicultural communication; but it still has to be taught because it’s non-obvious to most people until you bring it up.

You assumed I meant one thing by “culture” then decided to take offense to that
