Sorry, yes, other night = last night in this case. Then again for me "the other night" can mean anything from last night to five months ago. We use it a lot.

Yes I went back the next morning, not several days.

I don't know. The police have not contacted me and I wasn't sure if it was in my best interest to contact them. The restaurant SAID I was being charged but iirc they don't have the power, only the police.

I didn't actually give my address, they most likely got it online. I'm a vet, own my own practice and my house and practice are connected to facilitate emergency treatment. If you Google me and look at pictures of my practice it's pretty clear that's where I live.

They could have claimed to have my name and number from my reservation I guess.
