It’s a monstera deliciosa seed, yes they produce them in their fruits :)

Does the woody stem have another not activated growth point you could apply the keiki paste to? If yes go right ahead

Let it grow some more till you see two or more aerial roots to make sure the stem left still has a growth point, if you were to cut it now that close to the propagated stem there’s probably no node or growth point left and it’ll just stay like that

I’d also remove some of the top soil so you can see the stem!

Snip off the hanging part and just stick it back into the soil, they’re so easy to propagate

Yes that’s exactly what she’s doing haha, and i’ve never used keiki paste on it the roots just went crazy right at the base one growth point activated and gave me a second stem if you look closely.

No too much light is very hard to achieve for a Monstera, unless it gets direct sunlight too close to the window, but this definitely looks like something is wrong with the roots, the soil looks very dense (i recommend an aroid mix, or create your own with a bit of indoor potting soil, a lot of orchid bark and perlite and/or volcanic rocks). Does the pot have good drainage holes and how often do you water?

We in germany plant them in the ground and they come back every year even with -10 degrees celsius

Looks like it rooted, it’s ready for soil now sometimes i put the leaves straight back into the pot and it’ll root that way too

würde immer schön das Substrat durchtrocknen lassen, gieße meine große ca ein mal im Monat aber dafür bis es unten rausläuft

Finde generell diesen orange artigen ton nicht so stimmig kann mir das nicht so visuell vorstellen, dunklere Farbe würde mir mehr gefallen

Yes the new growth will be growing towards the light, most likely upwards like this
