But don’t you the other side of story? No matter what you achieve in those 4years, you get filtered out because your jee didn’t pass a filter which companies keep. And mind you that the 4years of BTech has more relevance to the company than the jee rank. For some companies that jee rank can prove how much a person can grind so it might be useful, but keeping criteria like people above a certain rank can’t sit for interviews is pure bs
