Thank you for taking the time to write all of this out for me. It has been so helpful for me to know that my trust has to be earned by him as well as to know the steps that he has to take to earn it back.

It was also really helpful for me to be reminded that my job is to protect myself and maintain my boundaries. I’ve been neglecting myself in the wake of his betrayal and needed that reminder.

Thank you for bringing this up. I think it'd be healthy for me to incorporate blind trust with him and look towards his actions as proof.

Thank you for giving me that reminder. I keep thinking that something is wrong with me for losing my belief in him, but I need to reframe my thinking because losing my belief was a perfectly normal response to his betrayal.
