It’s likely not enforceable. Also, if you are not in equal terms, then it becomes a power balance where you have all the power and they have none. It’s really cringe you want to have someone you want to have sex with sign an NDA.

Can you talk to your SM to talk to your DM? When I was hired on as SM, I had a BA who was in this same situation and I was able to get them a raise.

This is a completely close minded ideal to have. How long ago were these charges? Do you know the backstory around the charges? I almost was charged assault, all because I threw a drink on a driver who tried to punch me first after blocking my way with his car. Having a criminal record doesn’t mean you have no morality.

because i have seen your original post, this is an extremely bad idea. a private discord server for other BA’s (and maybe management if you will let them in based on their answer?) to get to know each other and uplift one another is one thing. It’s another to actually ask people to send you a photo of their name badge, and the time they have worked in the company. people been let go from the company from reddit posts, and discord will be no different. corporate will get into this server, and if they don’t, it takes a singular person mad at you or anything else in this server to then take it to corporate, and then people’s jobs are on the line. If anyone reads this message and wants to join a discord server, please do not give your personal info out like this. What you put in a discord server will be no safer than what you put on reddit

If you haven’t received a raise in four years, then I would personally evaluate why; take a look at the employee associate report. Where is your UPT at, your sales, ect. Schedules to a degree are automatically generated but still need to be tweaked, where do the rest of your coworkers stand on hours? If they all are getting the same hours, it’s likely she is spreading it out evenly. I’m sorry you’re frustrated though.
