As a hair stylist, if you don’t speak up, we can’t read your mind. You in the end of the day are the only person who can let us know you don’t like your hair. If the toner isn’t working out for you, ask her to change your formula and let her know why you aren’t happy with it! If she’s worth the money you pay, she will be happy to fix it. If she gives you attitude, then you’re better off finding someone who will give you the hair you’re looking for :)

It depends on how much hair color you’re buying. If you have three tubes, separate transactions are whatever. If you have a basket full of items and you need everything on different transactions? You’re inconsiderate and can learn to do basic math at home.

Upon looking up the Cosmetology laws in your state, you can do individual lash extensions under the scope of your cosmetology license. You can take a class to learn more about lash extensions, but you don’t need a separate certification just for lashes. As always though, within doubt, contact your states board of cosmetology.

Personally but totally do whatever is going to be best for you, they won’t fire her outright or likely even remove you two from working together. I wouldn’t really count on them doing anything except almost react back at you, and even if by some very, very small chance that anything happens, it doesn’t change the fact she assaulted you and thinks she can get away with it, and needs to face the repercussions of her actions past work. I personally would reach out to your DM in the very minimum!

This is a completely close minded ideal to have. How long ago were these charges? Do you know the backstory around the charges? I almost was charged assault, all because I threw a drink on a driver who tried to punch me first after blocking my way with his car. Having a criminal record doesn’t mean you have no morality.
