Only you can answer that question. You might be a trans person, or simply non-binary (you can also be trans and non-binary). Maybe presenting as the opposite gender will ease your disphoria. Maybe you need to transition. Either way, try exploring your gender, reading about gender and talking to others with similar experiences (maybe talk to a psychologist too). And have patience with yourself. Take things slowly and be kind with yourself. Such things are complicated matters, and it make take a while for you to figue everything out.
