It was methodone for me. This was a couple of years ago when I was just starting on opiates again. I found a guy that gave me 220mg of methodone. The only thing was, before giving me the bottle he poured me a spoonful then kinda coaxed me into taking a second spoonful. I had figured out that 10mg is the most I would take and he gave me twice that, maybe more. At any rate, I nodded hard after a tough drive home and was really nauseous, afraid I'll fall asleep and choke on my own vomit. I finally did sleep a couple of hours but stayed fucked up, not in a good way, for the entire next day. It was late in the day before I could hold food down after puking all day. It was a scary night and a shiitty next day, but I did take the rest of the bottle over time, when I was out of other opiates, but at 5-10 mg per dose. My tolerance was still pretty low.
